周边经济体掀起缔结RTA高潮的原因及其对中国的影响

进入21世纪,我国周边国家掀起了缔结RTA的高潮。一方面,这是亚洲太平洋地区经济体应对全球RTA缔结高潮和地区经济集团化压力的需要;另一方面,也是周边经济体、地区外经济体利益角逐的结果。周边经济体缔结RTA对我国谋求经济发展,寻求稳定、和平、繁荣的周边环境,维护国家安全,促进国家统一都产生了重大影响。

The reasons and impacts on China of the upsurge of the RTA concluded by the economic entities around China

Entering into the 21st century,the economic entities around China surge forward to conclude Regional Trade Agreement(RTA).On the one hand,the upsurge of the RTA conclusions in the Asian-Pacific Area is to respond to the raise of RTA and the economic regionalization around the globe.On the another hand,it is the result of the interest games among the economic entities around China and among them and the entities outside of the East Asia.The upsurge of the RTA conclusions around China is impacting on the Chinese endeavor for developing economic rapidly、building up a friendly international peripheral condition、boosting national safety and promoting national reunification.
