论关东文化选择及其对区域经济的意义

“关东文化模式”包含了制度性依赖、外来性促进和官本位的基础 3个因素 ,这 3个方面既促进了昔日东北区域经济的辉煌 ,又是今日“东北现象”的内在根源。区域文化是区域经济发展的根基 ,要重振东北经济必须改造“关东文化模式”。特别要剔除其制度依赖性、人际关系网过于浓厚等糟粕 ,以流动代僵化、以变革促发展、以破旧来迎新是东北文化改造的出路

Cultural Choices of Northeast and Its Significance to Regional Economy

The "cultural model of Northeast" includes three elements that are institutional depending, external promotion and power center, which both the elements made the prosperity of northeast in the past and the elements cause the "northeast phenomena" today. Regional culture is the root of regional economic development. To revitalize the northeastern economy, it is important to reform the northeastern culture, which need to eliminate institutional depending and the heavy human relations. To replace the stagnation with changing ,to promote development with transition, to welcome new things with destroying the old ones , those are the ways to reform the northeast culture.
