建立中韩自由贸易区推动东亚经济一体化发展

东亚地区经济一体化合作中呈现了多种机制和路径并存的局面,主要原因是该地区缺乏可以主导地区经济合作的力量和机制。这就为该地区次等力量、次等双边合作关系充分发挥推动地区经济一体化的作用创造了条件、提供了广阔空间,也凸显了它们推动地区经济合作的作用。建立中韩自由贸易区必将激起区域内各种双边关系的调整,推动中、日、韩三边合作、东盟与东北亚 3国的进一步联合,从而促进地区经济一体化发展。当前,中韩政治关系良好,经贸相互依赖关系加强,在地区经济一体化合作上有共同利益,建立中韩双边自由贸易区的条件基本成熟。

Concluding a free Trade Agreement between China and ROK Propelling East- Asian Economic Integration

The main reason why so many mechanisms and routes for the East Asian economic integration co-exist now is the absence of the leading power and mechanism, which can converge enthusiasm and energy of all economic entities in East Asia into regional economic cooperation and lead them for the economic integration. It provides the inferior powers and bilateral economic cooperation mechanisms the wider space of propelling regional economic integration, and hoists their ranks in the regional integration. Establishing Sino-Korean free trade area will provoke other economic entities in East Asia to reshape all kinds of bilateral economic relations and give impetus to the economic cooperation among China、Japan、South Korea and between ASEAN and these three countries, finally push the regional integration forward. China and South Korea have common economic、diplomatic and safety benefits in accelerating East-Asian economic integration, also have the common interests in promoting countries reunion via regional economic integration. The conditions for setting up Sino-Korean FTA is ripe, because the mutual economic and trade dependence is very closer and FTA is the common aspiration and appeal of these two countries. Chinese and Korean governments should start the negotiation of FTA immediately.
