在全球信息化大潮的冲击下 ,没有一个国家能够置身于信息化的发展之外。为挽救经济和建设“强盛大国” ,朝鲜政府给予IT产业很多政策扶持。朝鲜IT产业的发展总体上处于较低的水平 ,但在某些方面如软件开发上具有较强的竞争能力。中国IT企业应该通过软件合作开发等形式早日进军朝鲜市场。

A Discussion of North Korea's IT Industry

In the tendency of global information , no country can exist outside the development of the information industry. The North Korea government has implemented quite a few policies to support IT industry in order to recover the economy and to build the "Strong Big Power". North Korea's IT industry generally is in a lower level, but in the certain areas such as the development of soft wear is quite competitive .The paper holds the idea that China's IT business should get into North Korea's market as soon as possible through the cooperation of soft wear development.
