American cultural values were and continue to be highlighted in American diplomacy since America came to international stage.American culture,which is characterized by manifest destiny,racial superiority,sense of expansion,pragmatism,invisibly influences and guides the formation and implementation of U.S.foreign policy,and it is clearly reflected in U.S.foreign policy.Meanwhile,the U.S.government worked hard and continues to work hard on peddling such American values as liberty and democracy to other countries in American diplomatic activities.This concept and practice exert great impact on the international community.
