| 摘 要： | 吉林省农村无论在经济、社会待遇、文化教育等方面在我国都属于庞大的弱势群体。吉林省作为一个农业大省,经济发展在我国属于中下游,解决此问题的对策为:要大力发展农业保险,稳定农业收入,增加农村教育投资,提高农民再就业机会,推进农业产业化经营,增加农业产业收入。

| Abstract: | The country-side in Jilin Province formed a large disadvantaged group in China in all areas, such as economy, social treatment, education and culture, etc. Jilin province as a large agriculture province in China , its economic development level is at the lower middle level position of the whole country. The countermeasures to solve the problem should lie in , to strengthen the development of security system in the country-side, to stabilize the agricultural income, to increase the educational investment in the country-side, to raise the opportunity for the peasants in re-employment, and , to increase the income in agricultural industry. |
