中日韩FTA战略比较研究

区域经济一体化逐渐成为国际经济合作的重要形式,作为东亚区域一体化合作的主要成员国中、日、韩三国,也纷纷开始了各自的RTA/FTA体系的尝试,以避免被排除在区域经济一体化进程之外。但由于目标的不同,中、日、韩三国FTA战略也大相径庭。各国优先考虑的谈判对象和建立FTA的进度也各不相同,建立FTA所涵盖的内容也存在很大差异。建立三国稳定的政治互信关系和固定的磋商机制、确立时间表、与日本协调FTA战略、加强产业结构调整等措施将加速中、日、韩FTA合作进程。

A Comparative Study on FTA strategy of China-Japan-ROK

As a form of international economic cooperation, regional economic integration plays an increasingly active role. Three major players to East Asia' s process towards economic integration, i.e., China, Japan and Korea, also race in establishing their own RTA/FTA systems for fear of being excluded out side such a process. Yet due to discrepancies among their targets, the three countries differ dramatically in their FTA strategies, meanwhile, they differ as well in aspects such as partner choice, FTA establishment paces and coverage of FTA agreements. This paper imposes comparative analysis on FTA strategies to these three countries and forecasts to the possible ways to FTA building among China, Japan and Korea,then makes some suggestions.
