| 摘 要： | 战后日本在长期应对国际贸易摩擦过程中,积累了丰富的经验,"三位一体联动"是其鲜明特点,即日本坚持了"政府支持、企业主为、行会协调"的原则,在规范贸易秩序、建立多层次贸易摩擦预警机制以及调整贸易政策等方面充分发挥各自优势,密切配合,形成了一套行之有效的"三位一体联动"贸易摩擦应对机制,形成强大的合力,有效地应对了国际贸易摩擦,日本"三位一体联动"应对贸易摩擦的机制与经验值得我国借鉴。

| Abstract: | During the long process of dealing with trade friction,Japan accumulated rich experiences,and "trinity acting jointly" is its obvious characteristics.Japan held the principal "government supporting,enterprise acting mainly and association coordinating" in regulating the foreign trade order,establishing multi-level early-warning-mechanism of trade friction and adjusting foreign trade policy,and formulating high effect mechanism of dealing with trade friction.Such experiences can be learned in order to deal with foreign trade friction that we confront. |
