摘    要:中日韩三边经贸关系的迅速发展,为建立中日韩自由贸易区提供了重要的现实基础。建立中日韩自由贸易区不仅有利于促进3国经贸关系的健康发展,而且也是推动东北亚乃至整个东亚地区一体化进程的重要步骤。按照WTO的有关规定和中、日、韩3国经济发展的具体情况,可行的中日韩自由贸易区方案,应该是一个包含中、日、韩3国绝大部分产业领域的自由贸易安排,而不可能仅仅在部分产业和行业领域率先进行试验和探索;应该是一个包括中、日、韩3国全部领土的大自由贸易区,而不能是仅由3国各自部分地域组成的自由贸易区;合作领域应该包括多方面的经济技术合作,而不能仅仅停留于自由贸易。

Abstract:The rapid development of the trilateral trading relationship between China, Japan and Korea, has offered an important realistic foundation for setting up the Free Trade Area of China, Japan and Korea. The Establishment of the Free Trade Area of China, Japan and Korea, not only helps to promote the trading ties between the 3 countries, but it is an important step to promote the integration of Northeast Asia, even the East Asia as whole. According to the correlative regulations of WTO and the concrete conditions of the economic development of China, Japan and Korea, the feasible scheme of Free Trade Area of China, Japan and Korea should be a free trade which includes most industries of the 3 countries, but it can not be tested or explored only in some partial industries and trade fields primarily;It should be a large Free Trade Area that includes all the territories of the 3 countries, it can't be an area that only made up of some partial regions of each 3 countries. The cooperative fields should be consisted of the economic and technological cooperation in many aspects, but should not be stayed at the free trade merely.
