Sense of Cultural Crisis among Chinese Writers in Malaysia

This paper discusses the sense of crisis among Chinese writers in Malaysia which is derived from the strong atmosphere of ethnic politics. The Chinese writers in Malaysia have always been highly sensitive to the problems of cultural inheritance and identity identification, most of them cannot be freed from political topics. In face of the sensitive political debates and the voice of Chinese cultural maintenance, how will the Chinese writers in Malaysia adjust and relax their uneasiness? How will they respond to the crisis of Chinese cultural development? And how will they face the supreme Malay culture?
