| 摘 要： | 1997年的金融危机给马来西亚的经济带来了严重的冲击,也使该国金融体系中存在的缺陷暴露出来,此后马来西亚政府开始积极进行金融改革。本文拟对马来西亚金融业改革的背景、措施以及成效和问题进行分析。
