20世纪90年代越南高等教育体制改革述评

20世纪90年代,越南高等教育经历了重大的体制改革。改革的动因包括在革新开放背景下,旧体制面临的现实压力和新的教育思维的形成。改革的目标是脱离旧的高等教育发展轨道,建立适应转型社会的新体制。至90年代末21世纪初,高等教育新的体制架构已初具雏形,但同时旧体制的影响仍然广泛存在,改革尚处于初始阶段。

The Reform of Higher Education System in Vietnam in the 1990s

The 1990s saw a sweeping change in the traditional pattern of higher education system in Vietnam. When Vietnam embarked on the renovation (Doi Moi), the old higher education system was under great pressure, and a new concept of education has emerged to replace the old one. The reform actions were aimed to remove the old features of Vietnamese higher education and to establish a new higher education system adapted to the Vietnamese society in transition. Up to the late 1990s and early years of the 21st century, Vietnam has a new higher education system, which is still in its infancy, experiencing the influences exerted by the old system.
