中国与南亚国家资金融通影响因素及潜力的实证分析

辨识中国与南亚国家的资金融通问题,是促进"一带一路"互联互通的重要命题。本文综合应用定性分析和因子分析法,旨在对中国与南亚国家资金融通的影响因素及潜力开展综合评判。可见,中国与南亚间资金融通主要面临政治和社会两方面的挑战,且中国与南亚国家的资金融通潜力差异较大。因此,建议要充分认识和发挥中国与南亚资金融通的潜力,在精准识别风险的基础上形成差异化的资金融通政策取向,用动态发展的眼光谋划中国与南亚的互联互通发展,从而构建中国与南亚资金融通的"命运共同体"。

Financial Integration between China and South Asian Countries:An Empirical Analysis on Its Factors and Potentials

Based on qualitative analysis and factor analysis methods,this paper discovered that the financial integration between China and South Asia is suffering from political and social challenges,while the potentials in this regard varies from state to state.With the dynamic development vision to plan the interconnected development,it is suggested to develop a differentiated financial integration policy based on accurate identification of risks.The stakeholders are advised to develop a“community of shared future”over financial integration.
