| 摘 要： | 外国直接投资（FDI）对东道国经济作用是多维度的，本文从多个视角透析FDI对印度资本形成、技术溢出、产业演进以及贸易结构的作用，从而揭示FDI对印度所产生的经济效应，并提出对中国利用FDI的启示，这对我们进一步认识和把握印度经济发展动态具有重要的战略意义。

| Abstract: | The effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the economy of the host country is multi-dimensional. From several perspectives,this article has investigated the effects of India's FDI on capital formation,technology spillover,industry evolution and trade structure,which has revealed the advantage of FDI for India's economy. In addition,the author has made some suggestions for China to use FDI. |
