| 摘 要： | 冷战结束以来,南海地区成为印度＂东向＂政策的首选。通过改善和深化印度-东盟国家的政治、经济与安全关系及协力美国、日本的南海政策,印度在南海问题发展中扮演着越来越显著的角色。同时,由于中印边界问题未决,印度利用南海问题＂制衡＂中国与积累战略优势的企图也日趋明显。

| Abstract: | The South China Sea has been one of interest areas of India’s Look East policy since the Cold War ended.By mending and deepening its ties with ASEAN nations and reconciling with the US and Japanese regional agendas,India’s policy attempts in the South China Sea will have a profound effect on the emerging developments regarding the issue.At the same time,due to the unresolved boundary problem between them,one sees it an attempt to check China’s rise and the perceived superiority in the region. |
