| 摘 要： | 中国和越南实施改革开放政策以来，加快了边境地区的经济社会发展。中国与越南国情不同，所实行的边境政策也不同。但两国都注重促进边境地区的经济社会发展，两国在中越边境地区实行的边境政策，都有利于云南边境地区的社会经济发展与和谐社会的构建。
