关于推进我省东部地区对俄经贸战略升级的思考与建议

黑龙江省东部地区对俄经贸面临新的形势和新的机遇。进一步推进中俄经贸战略升级必须转变对俄贸易观念,加强政府宏观调控,加快境外批发市场建设,抓紧重大项目攻关,拓宽境外合作领域,发挥口岸优势,增强南联北开的合力,使我省东部地区的对外开放走上健康发展的轨道。

THINKING ABOUT AND SUGGESTIONS ON ECONOMIC AND TRADE UPGRADE BETWEEN THE EAST AREA OF THE HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE AND RUSSIA

Economic and trade links between the East part of Heilongjiang province and Russia face a new situation and opportunity.To upgrade the Sino-Russian economic and trade strategy must change the idea of trade with Russia,strenthen the government regulations,speed up the construction of terminal market abroad,tackle key problems for a large project,open up cooperative areas abroad,give play to the advantage of trade ports,enhance the joint efforts of linking up the South and openning the door in the North,making the east part of the province march forward on a road of healthy development.
