| Abstract: | The Sino-Russian cooperation in forest accords with the theory of resource endowment in the international trade. Russia is blessed with abundant forest resources, but short of labor force and funds; China is involved in the preservative project of natural forest with a great number of idle forest workers and felling and transporting tools. It is not only necessary but possible for the two countries to work together in forest. |
