| 摘 要： | 在世界经济全球化和区域一体化的条件下，为加强中俄区域性合作宜在黑龙江省和俄罗斯远东地区组建一个自由贸易区。要实现这一设想，需要双方共同努力克服一系列的障碍和困难。为此，提出了5点建议。

| Abstract: | Under the conditions of regional integration of the world economy, it would be good for the Sino-Russian regional cooperation to set up a free trade zone in the area of Heilongjiang province and the Russian Far East. To realize this conception needs a mutual effort of both sides to overcome a series of obstacles and difficulties. For that reason, this article submits five points of suggestions. |
