越南苗族骚乱：原因与启示

As a socialist country,Vietnam has been constantly challenged by the West in ideology,while anti-government forces both internal and external have used religious and ethnic issues to make their propaganda and stir up anti-communist and government activities.The Vietnamese government has remained alert against such intentions and worked out sound ethnic policies accordingly,so that a situation of national unity is maintained.
