| Abstract: | In order to obtain the cDNA library of goat enzootic nasal tumor virus(ENTV) SC strain,5 fragments of ENTV,LTR,gag,pro,pol and env were amplified by RT-PCR from nasal fluid of goats with enzootic nasal tumor using the primers designed referencing to gene sequence of ENTV-2,respectively.The amplified 5 fragments were cloned into the pMD18-T vector and sequenced.The results showed that the sequence was 7 168 bp in size and exhibited a genetic organization characteristic of type B and D oncoviruses.ENTV SC str... |
