摘    要:用传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)单克隆抗体夹心阻断ELISA对麻雀、鸭、鹅进行了IBDV血清学调查,麻雀的阳性率为7.4%(4/54),鸭的阳性率为95.5%(363/380),鹅的阳性率为9.4%(11/117)。表明IBDV传播已非常广泛,提示麻雀、鸭、鹅特别是鸭在IBDV生态和传播中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Using the anti IBDV monoclonal antibody-sandwich block ELISA,sparrows(n=54),ducks(n=380) and geese(n=117) collected from different regions in our country were serologically examined for IBDV infections.It is shown that the IBDV infection positive rate is 7.4% in sparrows,95.5% in ducks and 9.4% in geese respectively which indicates that the prevalence of IBDV is very extensive in our country and which reveals that sparrows,ducks and geese especially ducks may play an important role in both the ecology and the transmission of IBDV.
