| 摘 要： | 根据GenBank登录的猪圆环病毒 2型 (PCV2 )的全基因组序列 ,设计了 2对引物 ,建立了检测PCV2的套式PCR方法。对该方法用序列分析、酶切等方法进行了鉴定。同时用该套式PCR方法对华南地区 2 87个猪场的 15 6 0份样品进行了检测 ,结果 ,983份为PCV2阳性 ,阳性率为6 3%。 |

| Abstract: | According to the published genome of porcine circovirus type 1 and type 2(PCV1,PCV2) two pairs of primers were designed for detecting PCV2 in samples by nested PCR assay. The nested PCR assay was identified by different enzyme restrictions and sequencing analysis. With this PCR method, 1 560 samples from 287 pig farms have been detected for PCV2, 983 samples of which got the positive results for PCV2. It was concluded from the (above-mentioned) result that PCV2 infection is very popular in South China. |
