2010年四川省黑热病疫区利什曼原虫家犬感染情况的调查

摘    要:为了解四川省黑热病疫区黑水县、汶川县、九寨沟县、茂县和北川县2010年利什曼原虫的家犬感染情况,采用荧光定量PCR反应检测自上述地区采集的584头份犬前肢静脉血样本。结果显示,总阳性检出率为18.1%,其中黑水县25.3%、汶川县24.7%、九寨沟县24.6%、茂县12.3%、北川县8.3%。按照性别、年龄差异将样本分组后对检测结果进行数据统计分析、比较组间差异,结果显示性别组阳性检出率没有显著差异(P>0.05),雄性高于雌性;年龄组差异显著(P<0.05),1岁以上犬易感。检测结果对正确预测四川省黑热病疫区疾病流行趋势,保障人民健康安全和公共卫生安全具有指导意义。

Abstract:To evaluate prevalence of visceral leishmaniasis in dog population of Wenchuan,Maoxian,Heishui,Beichuan and Jiuzhaigou County in Sichuan Province,584 venous blood samples of dogs from all above areas were collected and detected using real-time quantitative PCR.The positive detection rates of these areas were as follows:Heishui 25.3%,Wenchuan 24.7%,Jiuzhaigou 24.6%,Maoxian 12.3%,and Beichuan 8.3%.The dogs were further allocated to different groups based on sexes and ages,and it was found that age was significantly associated with the prevalence of Leishmania in dogs.All the results were used to analyze the incidence tendency of human leishmaniasis,and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the disease.
