| 摘 要： | 根据印第安纳型水疱性口炎病毒(VSV)L蛋白的序列,设计了一套特异性引物,建立了检测VSV核酸的一步法RT-PCR方法,并用该法检测了不同的组织样品。结果显示,人工感染VSV小鼠组织检测为阳性,而口蹄疫、猪水疱病、猪瘟、猪生殖与呼吸综合征等病料检测均为阴性,表明该方法具有较好的特异性。 |

| Abstract: | Using primers complementary to the previously-published sequence of vesicular stomatitis virus(VSV) Indiana type genomic ssRNA, an one-step RT-PCR method was developed. 10 tissue samples from mice challenged with VSV and the tissue sample of a health mice as a negative control were examined by the one-step RT-PCR method. The results showed that the ten samples were positive, and the control sample was negative. At the same time, no products were detected with foot-and-mouth virus,swine vesi- cular disease virus, classical swine fever virus, and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus. It was concluded that the RT-PCR method was specific for detection of VSV Indiana type. |
