鸭传染性浆膜炎油佐剂灭活疫苗的研究

以1、2型鸭疫里默氏菌分离株为菌种研制了1型鸭传染性浆膜炎单价油佐剂灭活疫苗和1、2型鸭传染性浆膜炎二价油佐剂灭活疫苗.经过无菌及安全检查合格后,对7日龄雏鸭经颈部皮下接种0.5 mL/只,免疫后14、24 d用相同血清型强毒攻击,保护率达90%～100%.单价疫苗免疫后2周内,抗体水平持续上升,从第3周开始缓慢地下降,5周时仍然维持在较高水平.通过攻毒保护试验和抗体消长规律的测定表明,鸭传染性浆膜炎油佐剂灭活疫苗具有良好的免疫保护作用.

Study on the Inactivated Oil-adjuvant Vaccine against Duck Infectious Serositis

An inactiovated oil adjuvant monovalent vaccine type 1 and an inactivated bivalent vaccine type 1 and 2 were developed with Riemerella anatipestifer sero type 1 and type 2 in this test . Ducklings were inoculated subentaneously at the neck. With 0.5 mL per duckling at the age of 7 days. The protective efficacy reached 90.0% to 100% post challenging with the virulent strain on the day 14 and 24 after the vaccination the antibody titer persistently increased within the 2 weeks post the immunization with the monovalent vaccine and began to declined slowly since the week 3 post the immunization but persisted at a higher leved at the week 5 post the vaccination. These resulat showed that the inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine is able to provide an ideal protection against Ranatipestifer infection in ducklings.
