红茂草生物碱抑菌活性的测定

摘    要:用醇提法提取红茂草生物碱,经石英色谱柱层析分离、结晶后测定了红茂草生物碱对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、粪肠球菌的体外最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、抑菌率和半数抑菌浓度(IC50)。结果显示,红茂草生物碱对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、粪肠球菌的MIC分别是0.22、0.18、0.18、0.30mg/mL;对这4种供试菌的IC50分别是0.180 7、0.140 70、.140 70、.260 5 mg/mL。表明,红茂草生物碱对这4种细菌具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:To understand the antibacterial activities of Dicranostigma leptodum(Maxim.) Fedde(DLF)'s alkaloid,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC),antibacterial rate and half inhibitory concentration(IC50) were measured by means of bacteriostasis tests in vitro of the DLF alkaloid which were extracted by alcohol and separated by quartz chromatographic column.MIC of the DLF alkaloid against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,and Enterococcus faecalis,was 0.22,0.18,0.18 and 0.30 mg/mL,respectively.MIC of the DLF alkaloid was 0.22 mg/mL against Escherichia coli,0.18 mg/mL against Staphylococcus aureus,0.18 mg/mL against Bacillus subtilis,and 0.30 mg/mL against Enterococcus faecalis,respectively.IC50 of the DLF alkaloid against Escherichia coli,S.aureus,B.subtilis,and En.faecalis was was 0.180 7,0.140 7,0.140 7 and 0.260 5 mg/mL 0.180 7 mg/mL against Escherichia coli,0.140 7 mg/mL against S.aureus,0.140 7 mg/mL against B.subtilis,and 0.260 5 mg/mL against En.faecalis,respectively.In conclusion,the alkaloid from DLF could inhibit obviously proliferations of these 4 four bacteria in vitro.
