非解乳糖链球菌FGM对大肠杆菌感染肉鸡肠道健康的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究非解乳糖链球菌FGM对大肠杆菌感染肉鸡肠道健康的影响。选用150只1日龄白羽肉鸡,随机分为3组,每组50只,试验期21 d,饲喂基础日粮。1~10日龄时,空白对照组(BG)和模型组(EG)每只鸡每日灌服0.2 mL的生理盐水,非解乳糖链球菌(FGM)组每只鸡每日灌服0.2 mL浓度为1×10^9 CFU/mL的FGM菌液。FGM组和EG组鸡于14日龄时,灌服1次0.2 mL浓度为6×10^8 CFU/mL大肠杆菌O78菌液。分别于攻毒后第0、1、3和7天,观察各试验组鸡十二指肠肠绒毛结构,检测十二指肠sIgA含量、MPO、GSH-PX和SOD活力及T-AOC含量。结果显示,FGM组鸡十二指肠肠绒毛较EG组完整,MPO活力显著低于EG组(P<0.05),sIgA含量显著高于EG组(P<0.05),GSH-PX和SOD活力与T-AOC含量高于EG组。结果提示,分离于鸡盲肠的非解乳糖链球菌可通过保护肠绒毛结构、调节肠道免疫力与抗氧化能力,增强鸡抗感染力,发挥保护肠道健康的效果。

Abstract:The purpose of the test is to investigate the effect of Streptococcus alactolyticus FGM on the intestinal health in broilers infected with Escherichia coli(E.coli).1501-day-old white feather broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups,50 chickens per group,and were fed with basic diet for 21 days.From 1st to 10th day,broilers were taken 0.2 mL/d saline orally in blank groud(BG)and model group(EG),and broilers were taken 0.2 mL/d FGM solution with 1×10^9 CFU/mL orally in Streptococcus alactolyticus group(FGM).On the 14-day-old,broilers were challenged by 0.2 mL E.coli O78 solution with 6×10^8 CFU/mL orally in FGM group and EG group.On 0 day,1st day,3rd day and 7th day after challenge by E.coli O78,the structure of duodenal villi,the concentration of sIgA,the activity of MPO,T-AOC,GSH-PX and SOD in duodenal tissue were evaluated.The results showed that the most serious damage in duodenal villi was observed in EG group and the status of duodenal villi in FGM group was not damaged as serious as in EG group.Compared with EG group,the MPO activity of broilers in FGM group were dropped obviously(P<0.05),and the sIgA content of broilers in FGM group were increased obviously(P<0.05).Meanwhile the activity of GSH-PX,SOD and T-AOC concentration in duodenum were higher than EG group.These results suggested that Streptococcus alactolyticus FGM separated from broiler cecum can promote the antiinfected ability and the intestine health of broilers through protecting the intestinal villi structure,balancing the intestinal immunity,improving the anti-oxidation.
