| 摘 要： | 以免疫琼扩试验对３个省的４个鸡场进行了鸡大肝和大脾病的血清学调查。结果，４个鸡场中２１，５５，６０周龄鸡血清样品的阳性率分别为６．０％，２７．７％和３６．７％；肝脾材料的阳性率分别为１７．５％，３３．３％，４６．７％。

| Abstract: | By means of immune agar diffusion test,the seroepidemiological investigations of big liver and spleen disease in chickens were performed on four avian farms in three different provinces,the results revealed that the positive rates of the serum samples collected from 21,55,60 week old chickens of the four farms were 6.0%,27.7% and 36.7% respectively;the positive rates of the liver and spleen samples were 17.5%,33.3% and 46.7% respectively. |
