| 摘 要： | 到2004年12月31日为止，世界纺织品贸易配额制度彻底取消。纺织品和服装的贸易真正迎来了自由化阶段，进入“后配额时代”。配额制的取消，对世界纺织品和服装生产结构和贸易形式都产生了巨大的影响。纺织品和服装的贸易将更多地由市场机制来调节。美国和欧盟等主要纺织品和服装进口国将面临大量从生产成本低的国家进口纺织品和服装的挑战，

| Abstract: | The canceling of quota for world trade textiles influences greatly on Thailand＇s producing structure and exporting pattern of dress.This paper aims to study the Thailand textile and garment industry back and forth of the quota cancel.It is divided into three parts：introduction to opportunity being faced with, analysis on reasons of their challenges and difficulties ,including the government strategies and its development in the future. |
