| 摘 要： | 中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立使得云南省与东盟各国的贸易往来日益频繁，贸易种类日趋丰富。在此大背景之下，云南省与越南的贸易总额尤其是矿产资源贸易额逐年上升，引人关注。本文分析了云南省与越南在资源合作与开发上的互补优势。分析表明，加强云南省与越南的矿产资源开发合作既能发挥资源整合的互补优势，又能促进双方经济发展，实现有效双赢。

| Abstract: | Since China-ASEA N Free Trade Area has completed,trades between ASEAN countries and Yunnan are getting oftener and more various. In this background, the volume of trade between Vietnam and Yunnan is considerably increasing. This article analyzes the complementary advantages in mineral resources cooperation and exploitation in both Vietnam and Yunnan. It shows that both parties should strengthen corporations with each other, which can accelerate their economic growth and lead to a ＂win-win＂ result. |
