| Abstract: | The Proposal of jointly building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road was put forward by President Xi Jinping during his visit in ASEAN countries; new era has given the ＂maritime silk road＂ a new connotation and significance. This article proposed new measures of construction of Maritime Silk Road, and analyzed Hainan＇ s role in building the Maritime Silk Road. |
