A Study on the Exportation to Southeast Asia of China's Fruit and Vegetable: Trade Barriers and Countermeasures——Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia ,Thailand and Vietnam as Examples

Southeast Asia is an important area for China＇s fruit and vegetable exportation. In recent years, the tariff is lowering because of the development of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, China＇s fruit and vegetable exportation to the region has increased, but there are still certain tariff barriers and non-tariff barriers, so the normal exportation of China＇s fruit and vegetable products has been seriously affected. In this paper, we analyze the status quo of China% exportation of fruit and vegetable products to Southeast Asian countries, taking the main countries of Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam as examples to explain their tariff and non-tariff barriers, then give some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
