携手共建中国—新加坡经济走廊,有利于共建21世纪海上丝绸之路和中国—东盟命运共同体,有利于共同打造中国—东盟自由贸易区升级版,有利于中南半岛共同繁荣发展和增进沿线各国人民的福祉。建议沿线各国加强友好磋商,构筑互信,凝聚共识,以政策沟通、道路联通、贸易畅通、货币流通、民心相通为主要内容,以开放包容、共商共建、共赢共享为基本原则,以互联互通、经贸合作、产业合作、相互投资、金融合作、人文交流、城市合作、生态环境合作、机制建设等为重点,合力把中国—新加坡经济走廊打造成为开放包容、友好合作、互利共赢的普惠经济带,造福沿线各国人民。

Jointly Discussing,Building, and Sharing China-Singapore Economic Corridor

Jointly building China-Singapore Economic Corridor is conductive to co-construction of 21st Century Maritime Silk Road and China-ASEAN Common Destiny; it is also beneficial to co-construction of upgraded version of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, common prosperity of Indo-China Peninsula, and the enhancement of the well- being of people in countries along the corridor. Countries alone the corridor should to strengthen friendly negotiation, build mutual trust, and reach a consensus by utilizing policy communication, road connection, smooth trade flow, currency circulation, and mutual understanding among people as basic content; open and inclusive, joint discussion and construction, and win-win results as basic principle, interconnectivity, trade and economic cooperation, industrial cooperation, mutual investment, financial cooperation, culture exchanges, ecological environmental cooperation, and mechanism construction as focal points in order to jointly build China-Singapore Economic Corridor as open and inclusive economic belt for reaching common interests, finally, enhanced the well- being of people in countries along the corridor.
