| Abstract: | Energy is the foundation of sustaining the economic development.Of oil for energy it is seen as an economic artery.Under the background that the world oil prices are in the continuous changes and the complex situation,the energy security is an important factor that dominant the foreign policy of many countries in the world.The actual demand of energy is based on the strong economic development.Therefore,the energy security is the existence of economic and development foundation to provide direct protection. |
