广西实施“建设海洋经济大省区”战略研究

进入21世纪,世界各国在海洋经济、科技、资源、海权力量等方面的竞争日益激烈。中国也提出要在21世纪成为海洋大国,广西作为一个重要的沿海省区,对国家实施＂海洋大国战略＂要负起应有的责任,应该实施建设海洋经济大省区战略。

Study on the Strategy to Build Guangxi into a Powerful Province of Marine Economy

In the new century,competition in marine economy,technology and resources as well as oceanic power gets more and more intensive.China has established the goal to be a powerful marine country in the 21st century.Guangxi,as a coastal province in the country,should make greater contribution to the national goal.Thus,the Autonomous Region must employ the strategy of becoming a powerful province in marine economy.
