| 摘 要： | 本文研究中国—东盟自由贸易区(CAFTA)的建立是否为我国对东盟的投资产生创造效应和转移效应这一问题。研究表明,CAFTA的建立为我国对东盟的直接投资带来了越来越明显的投资创造效应和投资转移效应,实证研究也进一步证实了这种效应。此外,我国劳动力成本的增加有助于对东盟投资的创造效应和转移效应。服务业的发展和与东盟贸易的快速发展不利于投资效应的发挥。我国需要进一步加强对东盟的直接投资,推进国内的产业升级,提升我国的产业优势。

| Abstract: | This paper studied whether the establishment of CAFTA produced creative effect and transfer effect. The results showed that, the establishment of CAFTA has brought more and more obvious investment creation effect and investment transfer effect, which has been confirmed by empirical studies. In addition, the increase in labor costs in China would help investment creation effect and transfer effect. Service industry development and ASEAN’s rapid development of trade were not conducive to investment effect. China needs to further strengthen ASEAN’s direct investment, promote domestic industrial upgrading and enhance our industry advantage. |
