| Abstract: | In 2010, Cambodia’s society was stable, the economic development was steady. On diplomacy, Cambodia continued to pursue the foreign policy of independence, peace, permanent neuter and non-align, although the conflict of territory took place usually on the border between Cambodia and Thailand, the Cambodian ruling party performanced comparatively good. |
