中国与东盟关系现状、趋势、对策

在中国国际战略环境中,东盟处于十分重要的地位。目前中国与东盟关系正面临着美国"重返东南亚"和南海部分岛屿主权争端矛盾上升的两大考验。我国应高度重视对东盟关系的发展,继续坚持"与邻为伴、以邻为善"的周边外交方针,大力促进双方的全面合作、创新合作、务实合作、互利合作,不断深化双方战略伙伴关系。

The Current Situation, Trend and Strategy of the Relations of China and ASEAN

ASEAN plays an important role for China among the international strategic environment. At present, the relations between China and ASEAN is facing two tests of the United States’ back to Southeast Asia as well as the rising dispute issue of the sovereignty of partial islands in the South China Sea. We should pay high attention to developing relations with ASEAN, still persist a good-neighbourly and friendly foreign policy in developing relations with its neighbours, promote the two sides’ comprehensive cooperation, innovate cooperation, pragmatic cooperation and the mutually-beneficial cooperation, and continue to deepen the strategic partnership of both sides.
