| 摘 要： | GMS生物安全保护合作法律机制既有世界性的，又包括区域性的法律渊源，基本内容包含了信息交流法律机制、生态补偿法律机制、能力建设法律机制、利益共享法律机制等方面。中国应出台国家层次的生物安全法律规范，制定专项性的生物安全法律规范，实现GMS国际间生物安全法律机制的成功对接。

| Abstract: | GMS cooperation in bio-security protection mechanisms has both global and regional legal source,and also includes the legal mechanisms of the exchanging information,legal mechanisms of ecological compensation,legal mechanisms of capacity-building,legal mechanisms of benefit-sharing and so on.China should make special legal regulation of bio-safty at the national level,achieves the successful docking of the GMS international legal mechanisms for bio-safety. |
