| 摘 要： | 一、区域经济一体化发展现状与理论诠释 20世纪60年代复兴的新自由主义使经济全球化得到了较快发展,但新自由主义的经济政策也带来了一些问题,其中最主要的是金融自由化和贸易自由化的快速发展导致了地区性和世界性经济危机的濒濒发生.20世纪90年代的拉美经济危机、1997年的东南亚金融危机和最近的美国次级债务危机对全球经济都产生了较大冲击.如何应对全球性的经济冲击?区域性的经济一体化是一种可供选择的方式之一.这种趋势在21世纪初期已有加快发展的势头.据世界银行统计,全球只有12个岛国和公国没有参与任何区域贸易协议(RTA).

| Abstract: | In this paper,from the developing trend of global economic integration,on the basis of analyzing the need of China-Japan-Korea economic integration,the author holds the view that there are certain difficulties in the specific system design of China-Japan-Korea integration. However,from the regional economic cooperation point of view,to promote the integration process,China,Japan and Korea can begin with some specific areas of cooperation. |
