| 摘 要： | 一、中国西南与东盟产业内贸易发展的整体水平 中国西南与东盟国家贸易关系日益紧密,一定程度上也带动了双方产业内贸易的发展."产业内贸易"(Intra-Industry Trade,IIT)又译为行业内贸易,是指一个国家既出口又进口同一产业内产品的交易行为,它不同于基于不同类型生产要素禀赋而产生的产业间贸易.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the developing level of intra-industry trade(IIT)and characters of goods' structure between Chinese south-eastern region and ASEAN.It also studies the contributing rate of IIT to regional trade.A conclusion was made that IIT based on product's diversity and scale economy is a key way for extending bilateral trade. |
