| 摘 要： | 东南亚是我国对外开放的重要门户，东盟是东南亚最具影响力的区域组织。大湄公河次区域合作与泛北部湾合作是我国与东盟国家开展次区域合作的典范，有着中国与东盟关系“两翼”的美称。它们在具备相似点的同时也有着一定程度的差异性，通过对比有益于二者相互借鉴和完善自身，在推动中国与东盟国家关系全面发展中发挥更大作用。
