| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代，全球外国直接投资（FDI）显著增长，从90年代初的2000亿美元，达到2000年创纪录的1．4万亿美元，但从2001年开始全球FDI连续3年下跌，2003年降到只有5600亿美元。2004年全球FDI出现强劲反弹，开始出现新一轮的增长态势，当年增长27％，2005年增长29％，2006年增长34％，超过了1．2万亿美元，2007年估计达到1．5万亿美元，超过了2000年的最高历史记录。

| Abstract: | With the speeding process of current Economics Globalization and Regional Integration, Southeast Countries＇ FDI broke it＇s record continuously in recent years, even exceeded the level before Finance Crisis which occurred in 1997. Compared to the last time, this round of FDI of Southeast Countries appeared some new features. The paper tries to analyze these features and discusses the developing foreground of Southeast Countries＂ FDI basing on the latest development of the world economy. |
