A Study on the Government's Role in Promoting Guangxi's Education to Foreign Students from ASEAN Countries

Foreign Student Education is one of the state policies. The management of foreign students is a kind of work with a strong sense of policy and science,therefore China has carried out the three-level managerial system from central government,provincial government to schools. In recent years, the situation of foreign student education in Guangxi has developed a lot and the social management of foreign students has been acceptable,therefore the studies should be conducted by the government on the understanding of foreign student education,the policy of foreign education industry,social and legal management of foreign students,and the countermeasures should be made by the government.The present common sense is that the government should play a leading role in the development of foreign education industry.
