| 摘 要： | 越南把发展互联网作为该国现代化建设的重要手段,积极制定互联网发展战略和相关法规,加强互联网基础设施建设,不断培养信息技术人才,推动越南社会信息化的建设。在短短的13年里,越南互联网的发展超越其国民经济发展速度,越南成为世界上互联网网民增长最快的国家。
