New World Power Structure and International Security

At the turn of the century, the world is at the juncture of the transition to the new world power structure. With the great change of the post Cold War international situation and international security environment, the new security concept has come into shape, completely different from the old one during the Cold War. The goals of universal international security have rare opportunities as well as grave challenges. The international community should work together to establish a new just and reasonable international order based on the new security concept.
