| 摘 要： | 近几年俄欧关系争执激烈。欧盟整体对俄态度与政策出现的消极变化,最为深刻的思想根源在于:欧洲人内心深处由来已久的欧洲中心主义优越感在整个20世纪经历了一种从无意识、不自觉、自发性向有意识、自觉性、主动性的转变,不能正确地看待他国的发展,一旦超出自己的经验和偏好就不能接受。欧盟批评俄罗斯的经济战略和内政外交,不仅反映出欧盟的狭隘性,还反映了俄欧关系的复杂性。
