| Abstract: | The promulgation of Russian Federation anti-graft-and-bribery law for enforcement on December 30, 2018 facilitated its transition from power predomination over corruption to institutional system predomination over corruption and from scattered to systematic anti-corruption process. The process of legislation was characterized by the following four special features: 1. The process was proceeded starting from the national realities 2. It was directly pushed by the president, 3. It was carried on progressively and 4. It was carried out in a unified manner as far as possible. It is of important referential significance to China’s anti-corruption struggle to get acquainted the legislation process of Russian Federation anti-graft and bribery law, its special features and to analyze the main contents of the law. |
