| 摘 要： | Over the past 20 years,the "DPRK Defectors" issue has become a security issue affecting China’s relations with its neighbors.Not only does this issue exacerbate the conflict between North and South Korea and contribute to unrest on the peninsula,but it also causes diplomatic disputes that affect relations among the big powers in Northeast Asia and China’s regional security.
